I love to do a weekly extra treatment for my skin – I call it my Spa Sunday!

Spa Sunday Bundle:

Includes

This changes from time to time, or from season to season but at the moment the combo I’m loving is:

Step 1: Apply half a dropper of C&E Advanced Skin Booster to cleanser skin, allow to absorb for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2: Next, apply 1 pump of Lipid Repair Concentrate (over the C&E).

Step 3: Take the Gua Sha Stone and massage upwards in sweeping motions along the jawline, cheeks and brow bones. I do about 6 strokes per area to really work in the products, and help lymph drainage to counteract any puffiness and keep contours more defined. Use a medium pressure – no need to go too deep! – it should feel nice, never painful.

If you are doing this as part of your night time skincare routine you can just leave the products on your skin as they are to absorb overnight, or add your moisturiser over the top if you feel you need to.

If you do Spa Sunday in the morning you can still leave the product excess on your skin but don’t forget to apply your SPF30 afterwards!
