Every system in the body is treated and then specific issues addressed deeply and profoundly. Learning this method of reflexology in recent years has transformed my ability to produce fast and effective results for my clients and it is now my go-to foot reflexology protocol. It can be used for any health concern and I particularly recommend it for:
– Any issues with joints, whether muscular or nerve-related
– Sciatica, frozen shoulder, back or neck pain
– Pelvic pain or any issues in the pelvic region affecting muscles, organs or nerves such as kidney, gynaecological or urinary problems
