I did this treatment on myself when I was feeling – and looking – extremely tired after some intensive online classes. My eyes especially were tired, hollow, red (eyelids) and sore from a lot of screen time and I was getting dull and grey in the face from being indoors constantly for days on end. Even though it’s not entirely practical to self-treat with this technique (unless maybe you have double-jointed hands!) I was amazed at the instant visible improvement.
