Facial Neuro Reflexology – Focus on emotional health
Facial neuro reflexology works with the rich network of nerve points across the face — connecting directly to the brain, nervous system, and the emotional and physical patterns your body holds. It’s a gentle, non-invasive way to support both how you feel and how your body functions, often reaching places that talking therapy or physical treatment alone can’t access.
It can support you with:
- A mind that won’t switch off — replaying the same thoughts, jumping to worst-case scenarios, or making sleep hard to come by
- A low mood that’s settled in and doesn’t lift, even alongside other support you’re already receiving
- A body that feels permanently braced — like you can never quite relax, switch off, or feel safe
- Something that happened that still lives in your body, even if your mind has moved past it, or even if you can’t quite name what it was
- Feeling disconnected from who you are, or a quiet loss of confidence and self-belief
- The lingering weight of a difficult or traumatic experience, long after the event itself
- A nervous system that needs help finding its way back to calm
Every treatment is personalised. At consultation, I identify what your body and nervous system need most, and build a treatment plan around that — sometimes with one focused approach, sometimes drawing on several as your treatment continues.

Understanding Your Treatment
A Guide for Clients
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
Every course of treatment starts with a conversation — what’s going on for you, what your body and nervous system are holding, and what the right starting point looks like for you specifically. From there, I draw on four distinct approaches, sometimes using one, sometimes weaving several together as your treatment unfolds.
If anxiety and an overactive mind are where you live — the Vagus Nerve Reset works with your vagus nerve, the great communication line running from your brain stem down through your throat, heart, and into your gut. Because so much of how we feel starts in the gut-brain connection, this approach helps settle an overstimulated system from the ground up.
If you’re navigating a diagnosed depression and want support alongside your existing care, the Tibetan Depression Method works to open up the body’s flow — circulation, nervous system, energy, breath — before focusing in on the specific area of the body most connected to what you’re experiencing.
If there’s a trauma you’re carrying — whether it’s one you can name or simply a felt sense of always being on edge, unable to fully relax — Trauma Therapy / Emotional Release helps locate where that experience has settled physically in your body, and works, step by step, to release it.
If you feel disconnected from yourself — unsure who you are, struggling with self-belief or self-worth, or working through the aftermath of PTSD — Access to Consciousness works with the deeper systems of the brain involved in identity and emotional processing, helping you reconnect with a stronger, steadier sense of self.
I will guide you toward the right starting point — and your treatment plan may draw on more than one of these approaches as your journey continues. Mariga.
