Wishing You A Very Happy New Year!

I do love the new year – it always seems to me to be full of potential, after all we never know how it will unfold. I have lots of plans for later in the year, both personally and for the business and I look forward to sharing them with you when the time comes.

In the meantime I have put some links below to the some new year specials on treatments I think you will like – I still have some January availability.

Thank you for your continued support – I look forward to seeing you in 2026.

Please let me know how I can help you with your skincare or wellness journey this year. In the meantime, here are my TOP TIPS for winter-compromised skin…

Mariga 🥰

✨ Rich Recovery Cream – deep, deep nourishment and moisture for parched skin – buy it here

✨ Vitamin C Serum – daily anti-oxidant to revitalise and brighten dull, tired skin – buy it here

✨ Intense Calming Cream or Serum – for those who need extra anti-redness power to control redness or flushing – buy it here

✨ Not had a treatment in a while? A great place to start or start again is with my Japanese Facelift boosted with frankincense extracts / oils to strengthen and protect skin at a cellular level – book it here

You can do some simple things daily to help your skin thrive in this unpredictable weather

  • Hydrate! no surprise but maybe try a flask of some anti-oxidant herbal tea like a berry flavour or lemon&ginger. Having a warm drink to hand all day will help you hydrate and stop you reaching for the coffee!
  • Layer skincare – locking in a water-based essence or serum under your richer daily cream will help to hydrate your skin better and slow evaporation of water from deep in the skins structure.
  • Good fats in your diet make great building blocks for healthy skin cells. Oily fish, avocados, nuts & seeds are all sources of healthy fats. If appropriate, you might like to use an Omega 3 supplement.
  • Don’t over exfoliate! Once a month for mature or dry skin, twice a month for combination skin is generally plenty. Over exfoliation will break down the skin barrier making it more fragile, red and prone to breakouts over time. Not to mention accelerated ageing!
    • When you do exfoliate use a gentle enzyme, not a peel (unless you are using peels under supervision for acne).
