Skin Essentials Ltd Orders are processed within one working day.
Couriers are working at reduced capacity for delivery times during the current restrictions due to Covid 19. Please note that orders are sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays from the clinic while in lockdown.

We accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase in the case of unsuitability for your skin. In the unlikely event of the product you purchased being unsuitable for your skin simply notify us and we will arrange a return for refund, exchange or credit.

Products for return must be in original, untampered bottles / jars

-Products returned must be at least 3/4 full to qualify for return due to unsuitability for your skin

-Sealed, unopened products purchased in error or received as a gift may be returned for exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Outside this time we cannot accept returns as all our products are made freshly in small batches and we cannot restock products with less than optimum shelf life.

-Products obtained as part of a special offer will be exchanged at the selling price at the time of purchase

-Products received as part of a gift with purchase offer cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
